There are many aspects that support the success of a company, and one of them is employee cooperation. Productive employees who contribute positively to their company will lead the company to success. In improving employees’ productivity, one of the ways is to set work measurements. Work measurements is the application designed to evaluate the results produced by employees compared to predetermined standards. The main purpose of this journal is to discuss about work measurements, productivity, and the relationship between these two instruments.
